I bought a hillside lot. Can I build on it?
Often yes, with terraced cuts and good drainage. Send us the location and a few photos and we'll tell you what earthwork it would need. The structural side is decided by your project's engineer.
Do you work with my builder or architect?
Yes. We leave the pad and the access ready so your builder can start.
How do I get a price?
On WhatsApp at +506 6166-8803, with the lot's location and a few photos. The price depends on the earthwork, moving the machinery to the lot and where the material is dropped off.
