Roads and gravel
We open, grade, gravel and compact access roads and farm roads, built to survive the rainy season.
Get a quote on WhatsAppOpening the way is the easy part. What decides whether a road lasts is everything after: where the water goes, the grading and the compaction of the gravel. Compaction is the stage many people skip to save money.
A road isn't judged the day it's handed over, but three rainy seasons later. Roads we opened twenty years ago are still in use.
What's included
- New roadsOn hillsides and on flat ground.
- GradingWith a Cat 140G motor grader.
- Graveling and compactionWith a Cat CS533E vibratory roller.
- Water managementWe decide where the water leaves, so the rain doesn't wash the road away.

How we do it
Opening the way
The excavator cuts the hillside and sets the width, the grade and where the water goes.
Hauling the spoil
On steep ground the tracked dump truck goes in.
Gravel and compaction
The grader shapes it and the roller sets the gravel.
And the road stays
Firm for the rainy season.

Questions about this service
Why do gravel roads fail?
Almost always because of water. If the drainage isn't planned and the gravel isn't compacted, the first rainy season takes it. That's why we never skip compaction.
Do you build roads for farms and lots?
Yes: access roads from the public road and internal farm roads, up to the house pad.
Do you work for municipalities?
We are a registered SICOP supplier with a digital signature, so we can bid on public works for municipalities and institutions.
